Privacy notice

This notice explains how Tyson Broussard, operating under the working name OpsBraid by ADIS, handles information submitted through this website.

Information collected

The business-review form collects your name, company, work email, optional phone number, business type, expected assistant users, systems your team checks, the daily information or action gap you describe, and your preferred next step. The site also stores a one-way hash of basic network information to limit repeated automated submissions; it does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your request, respond to you, decide whether a Starter Build or later custom work is appropriate, operate the resulting business relationship, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting the form does not enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.

Sharing and sale

Your information is not sold or rented. It may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, data storage, communications, security, or a service you request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site, the business, or another person.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, a resulting customer relationship, security, or legal recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the business-review form and begin the description with “Privacy request.” Some records may need to be retained when legally required.

Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards are used, including a restricted owner queue, but no online service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the business or its service providers change; the effective date above will identify the current version.
